Over the past 100 years, the South Indian family “GOUD” has been involved in producing some great quality drinks. In states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh (India) “TODDY” is a popular drink in rural parts that is frequently consumed at the end of the day after work.

In the early 19th century, “REDDY” a rich south indian community invested an interest in the distribution of the local drink. These drinks are converted into cocktails by the ingredients of several types dry fruits and natural herbs called “NEERA” which means flavored alcoholic drink. From this period, “REDDY” community is producing a wide range of cocktails. And introduced it, in the international market. So, my interest is to innovate different varieties of beverages adding natural ingredients to be introduced in Palermo, Sicily.

Sicily has a great market for beverages. By introducing my innovative drinks in the local market. My vision is to create a new product line of cocktails by the name of “REDDY MIX” these drinks will be mixture of alcohol with natural ingredients such as herbs & spices, flowers, vegetables, fruit, lemonade, natural syrup and moleculars.

The inventor of “REDDY MIX” is Mr. Ashok Kumar Reddy. I am involved in the bar business from the past 5 years in India and my product line of “REDDY MIX” is famous in the state of Telangana, India. Some of my few innovations are described below for your attention.

FruitMix Reddy (Mix of spirits, moleculars added with fresh fruits)

(Coconut water, fresh pineapple and watermelon chunks, lime mixed with Spirit)

3. Curry Cocon

(White Spirit with the ingredients of Coco milk, curry leaf and coco powder)

4. Basil Redditini

(Base of white spirits adding fresh cucumber juice and basil leaf)

5. Bitter Tamarind

(White spirit added into tamarind pulp, lime juice and lemonade)

Research is going on for to produce more cocktails, those will be introduced in the future and there is a continuous learning process to understand the customer demands.
